WHAT IT IS

Symbolic Inquiry is a guided creative coaching practice that uses fashion design as a reflective and sensory medium.

Rooted in mindfulness and Jungian frameworks, this work invites participants to explore identity, narrative, & personal evolution through structured design process.

This is not clinical therapy. It is a coaching-based creative practice integrating symbolic exploration, form, & embodied awareness.

HOW IT WORKS

Through guided exercises, participants use fashion design as canvas- sketching silhouettes, naming archetypes, building symbolic forms, & translating internal narratives into structured visual language.



     The garments become metaphors.
     Forms becomes inquiry.
     Structure becomes  integration.
